Why ALTUS TFI

Altus TFI S.A. has been operating in Poland’s market for over 9 years as an independent manager of investment funds. On 2 December 2008, Altus received its license from the KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority), which included authorization to establish and manage investment funds. On 16 June 2010, the license was enhanced by adding authorization to manage portfolios of financial instruments.

Altus is not a member of any banking or insurance group. Its founders are, among others, Piotr Osiecki (largest shareholding) and Andrzej Zydorowicz who have been present in Poland’s capital market for more than 10 years. All fund managers are also our shareholders - to stabilize the investment policy of our company.

Altus TFI S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 11 July 2014 (indexes: WIG250 and WIG-Poland). The main pillars of the medium-term strategy, consistently implemented by the Management Board, include: joining the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and enlarging and diversifying our portfolio of investment funds and accumulating our assets under management.

Altus TFI S.A. has consequently maintained a stable financial situation since it was established. In 2015, it generated a net profit of PLN 61.685 million on sales revenues of PLN 239.592 million. As at the end of 2016, its net profit was PLN 78.351 million (up 27.0% as compared with the prior year period). Sales revenues rose 39.9% to PLN 335.078 million.

Altus TFI S.A. has been one of the fastest growing investment fund managers in Poland since it started running its business. As at the end of 2017, its assets under management amounted to PLN 14.7 billion, of which: PLN 8.9 billion in 63 investment funds and PLN 5.8 billion in asset management schemes.
